Introduction: A Gateway Experience
My exploration began by combining two powerful Amazonian substances: Banisteriopsis caapi (the sacred vine in ayahuasca) and vaporized Dimethyltryptamine (DMT). This combination triggered a profound shift in perception:
Plants became symmetrical, vibrant, and energetically perfect.
Window frames, and other structures became perfect, almost looked rendered.
Imperfections, such as weeds, vanished from perception entirely.
An internal sensation of "clicking" into a different frequency occurred, as if tuning a radio.
This experience revealed that reality's appearance and quality depend on our internal frequency. What follows is the detailed exploration that emerged from this experience, bridging ancient wisdom and modern scientific understanding.

1. The Observer Effect: Consciousness Shapes Reality
Quantum physics confirms that reality is probabilistic—particles exist as potential until observed (demonstrated in the double-slit experiment). Observation actively collapses these probabilities into a singular reality. Thus, our internal state (emotions, thoughts, consciousness) directly influences our experienced reality.
My garden experience vividly showed that by altering my internal frequency, external reality itself shifted correspondingly.
2. Morphic Fields: Reality’s Informational Blueprint
Rupert Sheldrake introduced morphic resonance, describing informational fields guiding biological forms and behaviors. By accessing a higher-frequency state, I tapped into a morphic field representing the idealized version of my environment—free from chaos, weeds, and imperfections. Almost too perfect for the real world.
3. Ancient Wisdom: Archetypes and Realities
The Garden of Aaru (Ancient Egypt):
Aaru (Sekhet Aaru) from Egyptian tradition was not a heaven, but rather a transitional realm—a perfect intermediate space balancing physical and spiritual realities. It represented harmony and unity, where dualities such as good/bad and decay/growth balance themselves. Souls passed through this stage after death, indicating its transitional, integrative nature between the physical and purely spiritual.
Eden:
Eden parallels Aaru, symbolizing humanity’s original, balanced state, untouched by suffering and duality. Like Aaru, it existed at higher-frequency realities before humanity descended into denser consciousness.
Gilgamesh and the Quest for Immortality:
The ancient Epic of Gilgamesh, probably one of the oldest tales (circa 2100 BCE, Mesopotamia) narrates Gilgamesh’s journey seeking eternal youth. He encountered Utnapishtim (Noah archetype), who was granted eternal life—but lived in a higher-density realm, not ordinary Earth. Gilgamesh misunderstood immortality as coming from a physical plant rather than his internal frequency alignment. He failed because, during his time, society had already fallen into lower consciousness states, making direct frequency elevation challenging.
4. Scientific Insights: Plasma, Breatharianism, and Frequency
Plasma: Life’s Hidden Architecture:
Plasma, the fourth state of matter (alongside solid, liquid, gas), is an ionized gas abundant in the universe. Humans possess a subtle plasma-like biofield around their bodies. Practices like Kundalini and Tummo (inner heat generation) activate this plasma field, enhancing internal coherence and elevating consciousness.
Breatharianism: Energetic Nourishment:
Breatharian individuals reportedly thrive without physical food, living primarily on prana (life-force energy). Many breatharians emerge from economically disadvantaged countries with limited food access, developing energetic sustenance skills unintentionally as survival mechanisms. Examples include Prahlad Jani (India) and Victor Truviano (Argentina).
While complete breatharianism remains controversial, lighter frequencies require fewer dense foods. Practically, most of us can start by choosing higher-frequency nourishment—raw fruits and vegetables containing vibrant nutrients and enzymes—avoiding heavily cooked or dense animal-based foods. Fruits and vegetables resonate at higher frequencies, supporting higher vibrational states, unlike meat, which carries denser frequencies of suffering.
Frequency and Biological Aging:
Physical aging correlates with increasing entropy (disorder and decay). Each year, our bodies encounter greater decay; higher frequency states, however, counteract this entropy. Maintaining higher internal states of joy, compassion, and gratitude significantly slows aging, often observed in spiritual practitioners.
The secret to youth lies within: maintaining an elevated consciousness slows biological aging significantly, confirming ancient wisdom that true youthfulness is achieved internally.
5. Seven Densities: Consciousness as Vibrational Layers
The Law of One and various ancient traditions—including Tibetan and Egyptian Books of the Dead and various Asian cosmologies—describe seven distinct densities of consciousness:
First Density: Basic elements, minimal consciousness.
Second Density: Plants, animals, rudimentary awareness.
Third Density: Human consciousness; ego, duality, choice.
Fourth Density: Group unity, unconditional love (e.g., Aaru, Eden-like transitional realities).
Fifth Density: Non-physical wisdom beings.
Sixth Density: Unity of love-wisdom, masters and guides.
Seventh Density: Complete reunification with the Source consciousness.
These densities overlap in the same physical space, with our internal frequency determining which we perceive.
6. Collective Frequency Drag and Social Influence
Dense emotions from society (fear, anger, victimhood) form energetic "gravity wells," pulling higher-frequency individuals downward. This explains why spiritual practitioners often isolate in nature—environments like farms, mountains, and forests—to stabilize their higher frequencies. Managing emotional interactions and consciously cultivating internal states helps resist societal density drag.
7. Retrocausality: Aligning with Future Emotions
Retrocausality suggests the future influences the present, just as the present shapes past interpretations. We are like ripples in a serene pond—capable of choosing any direction, influenced by our emotional alignment. Remaining authentic and dropping masks aligns us with our highest potential timelines, effectively shaping current experiences positively through emotional resonance with desired futures.
8. Practical Techniques for Frequency Mastery
Real mastery practices (meditation, breathwork, fasting, ice baths, saunas, and traditional medicines like sananga or ortiga) have one primary goal:
Forcing full presence and internal frequency elevation: They oblige the initiate to become lighter, less affected by denser, painful dualities of the world. Masters who walk on hot coals exemplify this—they maintain a high internal frequency, unaffected by lower-density sensations like pain.
Tummo:
Tummo, Tibetan "inner fire" meditation, demonstrates internal frequency mastery. Practitioners generate internal heat through meditation and breath control, illustrating how frequency mastery changes external physical experiences, like temperature.
Ayahuasca (Yagé): Frequency Detoxification:
Ayahuasca ceremonies induce extensive physical purging (vomiting), which paradoxically doesn't cause dehydration. This phenomenon likely occurs because the purge primarily involves energetic or frequency-based toxins rather than just physical fluid. Elevated frequency states reduce dependency on physical sustenance temporarily, explaining how vast fluid loss doesn't cause significant dehydration.
9. Integrating Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science
Ancient spiritual wisdom and modern scientific insights consistently align:
Quantum physics and the observer effect confirm ancient teachings that consciousness directly influences experienced reality.
Plasma research confirms traditional concepts like Kundalini energy and subtle energetic bodies.
Morphic resonance theory aligns with ancient Egyptian and biblical descriptions of ideal, balanced realities (Aaru, Eden).
Numerous ancient traditions—Tibetan Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Hermeticism, and indigenous shamanic teachings—describe overlapping concepts of consciousness densities, reality’s energetic structure, and human spiritual evolution. Together, these teachings provide robust frameworks for understanding reality and consciousness.
Conclusion: Walking the Explorer’s Path
My experiences illustrate clearly that internal states profoundly shape external realities. Mastery of internal coherence, gratitude, and love helps navigate higher, harmonious realities, freeing us from denser, chaotic timelines.
Ancient practices and modern science both reveal reality as a vibrationally fluid experience, actively shaped by our internal state. Frequency mastery emerges as humanity’s ultimate goal—an internal practice capable of transforming external realities.
I continue documenting this journey, hoping my discoveries inspire others toward conscious living, frequency mastery, and spiritual evolution.
